We want you to love your CraftingBNichols order. If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us through our contact form and include clear photos when possible so we can make it right.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. Custom or personalized items may not be canceled once work or production has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
Unused and unapplied standard decals may be returned in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Applied decals are not eligible for a standard return or exchange. UV DTF decals may still qualify for replacement under our Lifetime Decal Warranty.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom and personalized products are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error or quality issue with the order.
Please double-check all names, wording, colors, sizes, and personalization details before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging when available
We’ll review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
UV DTF Lifetime Decal Warranty
Our UV DTF decals are backed by the CraftingBNichols Lifetime Decal Warranty.
If your UV DTF decal peels, fades, cracks, becomes damaged, or experiences an application mishap, contact us and we’ll work with you on a replacement.
The only exclusions are lost or stolen decals.
We may request a photo of the decal or affected area when available.
The Lifetime Decal Warranty applies to UV DTF decals only.
Are Vinyl Decals Covered?
No. Traditional vinyl decals are not covered by the Lifetime Decal Warranty.
Vinyl decals are our more affordable, white-backed option and are best suited for laptops, binders, indoor windows, and other smooth surfaces.
They can be applied outdoors or to vehicles, but prolonged exposure to sunlight and weather may cause fading, peeling, or wear sooner than UV DTF.
For vehicles and long-term outdoor use, we recommend UV DTF.
Lost or Stolen Orders
If your order appears to have been lost during shipping, please contact us so we can review the shipment and help determine the next step.
Orders that have been confirmed as delivered and are later lost or stolen are not covered by the Lifetime Decal Warranty.
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Processing & Shipping
Most in-stock CraftingBNichols products are prepared for shipment within approximately 2–4 business days.
Custom products may require additional processing time. Any longer turnaround will be noted on the individual product listing.
Transit times begin after your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier.
Where Can I Apply My Decal?
UV DTF
Best for cars, tumblers, glass, and other smooth hard surfaces. UV DTF decals have no white background or border and are our recommended option for long-term outdoor use.
Vinyl
Best for laptops, binders, indoor windows, and other smooth surfaces. Vinyl decals feature a white background/border and are better suited for lighter-duty applications.
Decal Application
For best results:
- Clean the surface thoroughly.
- Make sure it is completely dry and free from dust, oil, wax, or residue.
- Apply the decal to a smooth surface.
- Press firmly across the entire design.
For UV DTF decals, follow the application instructions included with your order.
Colors & Holographic Finishes
Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, display settings, printing, and lighting.
Holographic finishes naturally change appearance depending on the angle and lighting.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payment methods supported by Fourthwall checkout, including major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and other available local payment methods. Fourthwall acts as the merchant of record for transactions and handles applicable sales-tax collection and remittance.

Payments placed through this shop are processed by Fourthwall, which serves as the merchant of record.
CraftingBNichols personally fulfills and ships the products sold in this shop and handles customer support for these self-fulfilled orders.
