Quality Guarantee & Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your CraftingBNichols decal.
UV DTF Lifetime Warranty
Our UV DTF decals are backed by a Lifetime Decal Warranty. If your decal peels, fades, cracks, becomes damaged, or otherwise fails, contact us and we’ll happily replace it.
The warranty covers your UV DTF decal for its lifetime with only two exclusions: lost or stolen decals are not covered.
We may request a photo of the decal or affected area before issuing a replacement.
Vinyl Decals
Traditional vinyl decals are not covered by the Lifetime Decal Warranty. Because they use printed vinyl with a white backing, outdoor exposure may cause the artwork to fade or the decal to wear sooner than UV DTF.
Returns & Order Issues
Unused and unapplied standard decals may be returned in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Custom or personalized decals are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return unless there is an error or quality issue with the order.
